PRuK's sourdough crackers
PRuK’s sourdough crackers are a delicious crunchy, salty snack to enjoy with your favorite dips or with a cheese platter. Like our country loaves, sandwich bread, and focaccia, our crackers benefit from health-inducing and flavor-enhancing long fermentation times. In addition to flour, water, and salt, we enrich our crackers with butter and top them with coarse sea salt and a selection of herbs.
Storage and Serving
Store our sourdough crackers in an air-tight jar or tub. Under these conditions, they should keep perfectly crunchy for at least one week.
Serve straight from the tub or jar with or without accompaniments, or remove the required number of crackers from the jar or tub and arrange them on a serving board alongside your favorite cheeses or dips. Leave the remainder in the air-tight jar for next time.
